Gingerbread men come to life on the 2022 Christmas stamps. The Christmas series issued by Posti includes 3 different stamp issues.
“On the no-value indicator stamp for Christmas greetings, we see a gingerbread man waving to merry bakers from the windowsill. On the domestic no-value indicator stamp, the gingerbread figures have gone skating in a winter landscape, that naturally includes a gingerbread house and gingerbread Christmas trees. Fireworks bursting in the sky were chosen as the subject of the international no-value indicator stamp,” says illustrator Nina Kuu, who designed the stamps.
