- Extent and validity
These conditions apply to Åland Post Ltd’s (Åland Post) sale of postage stamps and related products via distance agreement to the consumer (customer), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Åland Post. Distance sales primarily take place in Åland Post's Internet shop alandstamps.com (webshop) but can also take place via telephone, letter, e-mail, chat, or similar means of remote communication.
The terms apply until further notice as of 1 November 2022. The terms and conditions apply in the version as it appears at the time of ordering.
Åland Post has the right to change these terms and conditions, in which case the change will be announced on Åland Post's website.
- Ordering
Orders are primarily placed in the webshop, but can also be placed by phone, e-mail, chat, or letter.
A binding purchase agreement only comes into existence when Åland Post has accepted your order, i.e., the customer's order. All information concerning products, price, payment method and delivery address appears from the confirmation.
Åland Post has the right to cancel the order if the price for the order is clearly incorrect.
