National landscapes III – mint
This is the third part of the series featuring Finnish national landscapes.
The stamps present landscapes from Helsinki, Hämeenkyrö, Lake Köyliönjärvi, Väisälänmäki, hilltop villages in North Karelia, Imatrankoski, and the castle Olavinlinna in Savonlinna.
"Once again, the third part of the National landscape series features both man-made and natural sites – each with its own significance in the minds of the onlookers. National landscapes create a visually diverse image of Finland,” designer Stiina Hovi says.
