We have launched a new and improved login system for your subscription account with Åland Post Stamps. All passwords have been discontinued. You will receive a one-time passcode to your e-mail address, which you enter to log into your subscription account.
If you do not remember the e-mail address that you used to log in to your subscription with Åland Post Stamps, you must activate your account on the new login page. If you wish to change the e-mail address for your subscription account, you must also re-activate your account.
How to active your account:
Enter your e-mail address, your customer number, and the invoice number from one of your latest deliveries. You will receive a one-time passcode by e-mail, which you enter to log into your subscription account.
When you are logged in, you can check and change your delivery address, check your five most recent deliveries, current account balance and your subscription order.
The web shop and your subscription account with Åland Post Stamps are not linked to each other. You cannot use the login details to your subscription account when placing orders in the web shop.
If you do not wish to enter your address details every time you order in the web shop, you can save your address details.
