On 9 June, you are invited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Åland Photography Museum. Åland Post Stamps and the Åland Photography Museum present a varied programme: meet stamp artist Martin Mörck, experience a VR demonstration, explore exhibitions and purchase the new stamp products. Bring the family – there’s something for all ages!

Programme:
11am –11.45 Welcome address and introduction by Johanna Finne , Head of Design at Åland Post Stamps.
Lecture with stamp artist Martin Mörck: The Artistic Line from 15,000 BC – Seen Through My Eyes.
12.15–2pm Signing! Meet Martin Mörck and have your first day products signed.
2pm VR technology demonstration with Pär Björkman and photographer Lars Lindqvist from Swedish Newspaper Dagens Nyheter.
All day:
• Sale of the stamp issue Åland Photography Museum 25 Years and the postal stationery series Art Classics. You find Åland Post Stamps next to the film and lecture hall.
• Hand cancellation: Send cards and letters cancelled with the unique postmarks of the day.
• Exhibitions: See the museum objects featured on the stamp issue, as well as the exhibitions Obscura Photo Club 50 Years and photographs by Marcus Boman.
Coffee and cake will be served.
The first 50 visitors to the stamp table will receive free giveaway!
